Wild Eyes by robbobert Wild Eyes by robbobert
Here we have a red-ruffed lemur at the San Antonio Zoo. This picture quite literally took my breath away when I shot it -- not many of my shots do, so that should tell you a bit about my opinion of it. :) Hope you like it just as much.

I just love red ruffed lemurs, last week I had the chance to visit a Zoo where you can actually sit next to them, being able to touch them and be part of the group. It was hilarious!

Haha, thanks. It's really weird how even in a site as big as dA is, you'll still run across the year-old same picture from time to time. ;) Glad you like the shot enough to fav and comment (twice!). I appreciate the kind words.

Oh goodness, I love how it looks, you got an amazing shot. I love it's little face, and how the nose isn't actually as prominent on it like some other animals.

:\ Late response ftl. Anyways, thanks for the comment. I definitely agree about his nose. I much prefer it to [link] type noses, but hey, different strokes for different species, eh? :)

I've never seen them this color! I've seen the black and white version. Very interesting looking. And his eyes are amazing. Very nice capture.
